I am no genius and never claimed I was, but I wanted to play badly and am the type to dig into things and stick with it.<\/p>\n You have with the book \u201cinterlock\u201d, Canvas, YouTube and ultimate Guitar.<\/p>\n More tools then I ever had when I started.<\/p>\n I am not going to disrespect anyone or be just plain mean.<\/p>\n I have had teachers like that in school and hated them, I still did the work.<\/p>\n I want to be aware of anything causing you issues. The only variable would be the browser.<\/p>\n Internet Explorer, Firefox, Crome, Brave, Safari, or any other will work, I think!<\/p>\n However, Technology is a wonderful thing, when it works! It only works on P.C.<\/p>\n For Apple there is Tabview<\/strong>. It cost about 12.00, but it does the job.<\/p>\n MuseScore<\/strong> is a notation software that is open source and free<\/strong>! I always advise if you don\u2019t have a guitar, ask family, friends and neighbors.<\/p>\n It is very possible to get a guitar for free. There are Facebook pages of free stuff and Craigs list too.<\/p>\n My concern would be the weight of the strings and the size of the guitar.<\/p>\n If the tension is too harsh it will be hard to play. I can put lighter strings on, and it will be easy.<\/p>\n There are three basic types Electric<\/strong> which are metal and Acoustic<\/strong> which are Bronze, then Classical<\/strong> which are nylon.<\/p>\n Electrics<\/strong> are generally easiest to play. You would need and amp , but you can play without one.<\/p>\n Acoustic<\/strong> Bronze are most likely in need of lighter strings.
